Invest Rs. 36000 and Earn Rs. 48000 with Zypp

Yes, you read that right! Mobycy has come up with an opportunity for you to earn by investing in a Zypp e-scooter. So, you can now not only enjoy a convenient and eco-friendly electric scooter sharing service but also earn money with Zypp.

Here’s how it works

You will have to pay Rs. 36000/- lump sum at the time of signing of the agreement. In return, Mobycy will pay Rs. 2000/- every month for 24 months in your online bank account. This means you invest Rs. 36000 today and you get Rs. 48000 in the span of 2 years. Refer this to your friend and you will get the benefit of Rs.500 as a referral as well.

Not only this, 500 MobyCoins will be credited in your Mobycy account at the start of every month till 2 years’ time period. You can use the accumulated MobyCoins to avail Mobycy services in the areas where Mobycy is active.

Additionally, a Zypp e-scooter’s name on the app will be showcased with the initial 5 characters of your name for the period of 24 months. Mobycy will approve your choice of name from the 2-3 options provided. For e.g. In case the collaborator’s name is VIPIN and Scooter id is 0122, the scooter name on the app will be VIPIN0122.

NOTE: For now, Mobycy’s services are live in parts of NCR and Hyderabad and the expansion plan to provide services in other cities too in due course of time is in action.

Important points to note

1.    MobyCoins

  1. Unused MobyCoins will continue to pile up in the collaborator’s account.
  2. MobyCoins cannot be used on any other app for now and can be used solely for Mobycy services.
  3. MobyCoins are nontransferable and cannot be encashed.

2.    Payment

  1. The collaborator can make the payment online or via cheque in the name of BycyShare Technologies Private Limited. Payment should be made in INR only.
  2. Monthly Payments from Mobycy will be made between 1st to 10th day of the month or 30 days from the payment credited date by the collaborator, whichever is later.
  3. 1st Payment shall be made after completion of one month from the date of signing of the agreement and purchase.

3.    Agreement

  1. The “e-Scooter Buyer and Rental Agreement” will be signed from both parties digitally or via hard copies before you make the transfer.
  2. ID and address proofs are mandatory to be provided at the time of signing of the agreement.
  3. The agreement will be for 2 years i.e., 24 months only.
  4. In case Mobycy terminates the agreement before 24 months, Mobycy is liable to pay the balance sum totaling up to Rs. 48000/- to the collaborator.
  5. If the collaborator terminates the agreement before 24 months, Mobycy will not be liable to refund any balance amount to the collaborator.

4.    E-scooter

  1. E-Scooter usually takes 30-60 days window to go on the ground once the collaborator makes the payment.
  2. The vehicle gets transferred in the name of BycyShare Technologies Private Limited whenever the agreement ceases mid-term or closes after agreed agreement duration.
  3. Maintenance, operations, and running costs of the e-scooter will be borne by Mobycy.
  4. The e-scooter will be branded under Mobycy and will be placed on the app for e-scooter rental services to build electric scooter sharing market and make cities, campuses, commute more sustainable.
  5. The usage and placement rights of the e-scooter will be reserved by Mobycy.
  6. The collaborator can invest in a maximum of 10 scooters and a minimum of 1 scooter at a time.
  7. Mobycy will take the necessary insurance of the e-scooter to cover theft and damage. The responsibility of any theft, damage or accident will lie with Mobycy and the collaborator will not be liable for the same.
